Strong child care and early learning systems do not happen by accident. They are built through partnerships among educators, employers, schools, colleges, workforce organizations, community leaders, and local champions who understand that early childhood education is essential to strong families, strong businesses, and strong communities.

Careers That Grow brings partners together to help more people explore, enter, and grow in early childhood careers across Northwest Minnesota. Whether you represent a school, college, child care program, employer, nonprofit, local government, or community organization, there are meaningful ways to support this work.
